It requires me to upload too many documents, some of which I don't understand, it's in Russia.

Also, I don't want to send too many documents to them before I try the server. I'm not sure the server is fit for me.

That's odd, their site doesn't say that you need to upload documents, just a social media account and a mobile phone number.

You can signup with a mobile phone number, but when you try to send money to your account, you will need to get a WebMoney passport, bla bla bla.........

You may try it yourself.
