So I need help! I want to by a vps in Vladivostok or Novosibirsk, and I like rostelecom and transtelecom... Them have a good routing to China telecom

Far-East Russia (Khabarovsk or Vladivostok) is around $8-$10 per Mbit. It is not suitable to cooperate in that region at the moment.
