Godaddy doing 1 co.uk domain per person fro £0.99 first year, then £6.99 for second year
Do not want to create a new thread...
Maybe you could suggest cheapest .com?
Isn't 2 years a minimum for .co.uk domains though?
Plus godaddy is an awful company
I use Internet.bs
I use 123-reg.co.uk for all my co.uk's, £6.98 plus vat for two years and never had an issue with DNS.
Isn't that the whole point? Godaddy man, trick you to think it's cheap, but it's really not.
No, 1 year although doing just a year at a time can work out more expensive.
With the upcoming price rise for .UK, I'd recommend a multi year purchase.
How?
It's a very good company. But every time I reads their name as Internet Bull shit
names.co.UK?
search for coupon and you can get at £3-4
The cheapest .uk provider I have come across is FastRegistration.com
And tbh their service is pretty good.
Be quick, most registrars are about to pass on an increased fee from Nominet.
Even with the registry price increase .uk domains are still cheaper than a .com/.net domain so most people won't notice the price increase. Although I totally understand that a .com/.net is still king.
It's just because the OP wants "lowest cost", and the price increase is fairly substantial, 2 bucks iirc.
InternetBS has .co.uk for £2.75.
OVH has them for £2.99 https://www.ovh.co.uk/domains/
I highly recommend 123-reg for .co.uk or .uk domain names
