Hello, i want to host BitBucket it needs atleast 2GB of ram.
Please suggest me a VPS that will fit my needs.

My budget is around $10- and prefer hosted in EU.

He needs at least 2GB RAM, so the best I can recommend him is to choose one of these plans from EthernetServers. Make sure you choose Los Angeles as the network is much better there.
