Indian IP VPN?
Need an Indian VPN for video streaming (720p or lesser). Looking for something around $1.99 or lesser a month (preferably paid monthly but not necessary, mostly because providers have a habit of vanishing with the money), limited bandwidth & throttled rate of a couple of Mbps is OK. Need no SMTP if that matters.

http://www.prometeus.net/site/index.php says they have Pune, India as a location but I can't see this as an option on the ordering form. Maybe an existing customer has more info
While I can setup my own VPS, I actually don't want to deal with the pain of managing my own server, so I would prefer a hosted VPN. Thanks for the pointer.
