Budgets way too low for the bandwidth you require. You could ring up @itschrisg and see if maybe they can do something sub $100
$99+ and possible for quality stuff else don't bother buying

50TB traffic at that price is going to be tough to find.
That's a tad difficult with the bandwidth required. I have one E3-1230v3 left at $79/mo but it only comes with 25TB.
Get the above servers and put it on the same Vlan or
get 3 i3 servers and do the same with @qps
