I second Newhost.ro I have had a server with them for two years. Support is friendly and reasonably quick (2-3 hour response at longest) and they usually get it fixed the first time. Only tickets I have ever had to submit were due to restart of node and needing /dev/tun module reloaded. Otherwise, uptime is at minimum 6 months and I have seen more than 200 days. Connectivity is pretty good to Europe and some decent US routes as well (for being Romania). If you are looking for .ro I highly recommend them.
