More Minor Improvements to ServPHP -
Re-implemented the loading icon, it now uses the template background instead of a white background.
The refresh button works again, the script now stores the checkbox values in a session you can refresh an infinite number of times :P
I have added a "change test options" button, which allows you to check different boxes and run the test again.
Known bugs -
Still haven't got round to the lack of ping issue

I have also committed these changes to the google coder repo, so if you want these changes you'll have to run git pull on your server because I haven't made a download .zip yet.

EDIT - Embedded version of ServPHP coming soon (template-less version that can be easily implemented in existing php scripts)
@titanicsaled : Thanks for committing the changes, looks great. For the embedded version we could use the old version of the script (with no template etc)
Yeah, I'll arrange everything a bit better using the functions though
