Google Cloud Storage

Amazon Web Services is another alternative @ThomLSA
Best at what? Amazon will be as reliable as you can get - but it'll cost you.
Very true.
Do you want object storage or just file storage?
If its just file storage then Amazon retail (not AWS) seems to have some good offers right now and don't seem to be imposing restrictions on usage.
Try : https://www.backblaze.com/b2/cloud-storage.html
b2 is not competitor of owncloud/dropbox/box etc :P
$1/20 GB outgoing bandwidth not including Transactions and storage.
For cold storage they really cheap. I used them for 3rd backup.
Amazon cloud drive $60 per year unlimited.
Or, MediaFire 1TB storage $3.79 a month and is one of the oldest players on the market.
How much space are you looking for?
For more than 100GB, you can't beat Amazon Cloud Drive's $60/year unlimited deal.
For 100GB or less, Google Drive's the best deal at $1.99/month.
