KVM in Novosibirsk with Rostelecom transit - $1/month
Not sure which section should I select to post this? Not affiliated with this provider at all, just discovered the deal this morning:

Has Rostelecom in the mix, so this seems like a very decent option for dirt cheap connectivity to China with reasonable latency. Not sure about throughput but I wouldn't expect much. Anyone willing to get one and do some benchmarks?

I signed up for the 1 dollar plan for some benchmark fun, payment went through. However I don't know why I can't login to the control panel. I can only access the billing panel.
I think that's the panel you can use on the VPS, not what they provide to manage the VPS. Hence ISP is included with the rest of the higher plans.
I can't login into there Billing Panel, asking for. Username: Password: and below: Password, my email dosent works. Seems like missed something.

Actually the Username is in the Header of the email when you do a password reset, since in didn translated that i never found my username.
I'm here since ~2 weeks, network was nice, but last days it's crappy. I'm doing TOR non-exit relay and my VPS is getting daily reset, probably by admin. However the service starts automatically. ;-)

Well Robokassa seems to fail, its able to verify my CC with 0,01 RUB but not able to take 95 RUB from it, i dont even see a transaction at Neteller.
I've created similar thread ($10.99 VPS XEN in Ukraine: https://vps.ua/clients/order/?pid=134&promo=X10TEST) as Nyr's but mine was deleted, moderators could you explain why?

I'm not affiliated in anyway with them also I have no bad intentions, I just found the offer on Russian boards and wanna share the nice deal, I'm sure there are people which are interested, just like me to support ie.
