No no, and I think 5GB is too little for 1GB Ram, some OS' take up 2/3 of that.

Test IP for kvm is 173.214.185.101
The IP given is of one of the KVM Based VPS servers
The OS alone does not take 3-4Gb as this OS is without any control panel like cpanel which takes around 5-7GB disk space
to have its own files and config files
The VPS when delivered will have atleast 3 GB spare space in it
