FeralHosting is pretty good.
Scaleway is back in stock
Sure?
Depends on your budget. Hetzner or Online.net works well.
Not a seedbox per se but worth a mention: http://justseed.it
Try justseed.it/
Featuring the worst in class customer service!
"Accept it or open a dispute"
Their billing model changed a while back - is that what this is about?
I thought they handled the changeover pretty well.
If your weekly download is only a few...linux distros or, um, seasons of linux distros, your cash goes a long ways there. Been a few outages that last for a few hours, but overall for the last six months I've been very happy with JSI.
Dunno about running Hetzner as a "seedbox". Maybe if you got one of the new gigabit servers.
Online.net, yeah ..
No, their system basically shit itself in the pants and it just went to "0" without notice.
Had seasons of Ubuntu ISO usage tutorials on there, their servers were slow af and I couldn't even download everything despite on a 200mbps conenction (since it 400kb/s only)...
Well fuck it, I rather use private trackers to do my shit right now, ez
I’ve used seedhost.eu and had a good experience, but moved to Online.net because I wanted more control. Both are good choices. Check out this thread on reddit, it has some nice comparison guides.
I'm using Scaleway, though I heard it is closed for new signups now?
https://whatbox.ca is great.
Is lack of gigabit really an issue with using Kimsufi?
I've used seedhost.eu for a few months and I've had good experience. r/seedboxes might be a good place to take a look at.
