$30/mo if you pay monthly, but if pick quarterly it's just $60 ($20/m). Yearly is $200 ($16.67/m), which gets a free upgrade to 24GB ram this week.

Seriously, where are you trying to get good connectivity to. Chicago is North, Dallas is South, Atlanta is almost in the middle so should be a fantastic mid point.

What @MarkTurner said. That E3 has a /29 included, so to move to a /28 (+8 more IPs) is only another $8.

$8 includes the VLAN, VLAN cost is discounted to $1 (normally $5).
