Looking for Dirty Cheap German VPS

Requirements:
512MB RAM
At least 500GB Traffic
1$ / month

I tried ArubaCloud, very nice but 1$ plan gives you random IP which is 90% spanish and actually their geo location seems pretty mixed... I need solid German IPs...

No idea if this even is legal, but in case your vps gets hacked maybe caused by security issue in a software which wasnt patched at the moment, it seems you need to pay 2.5k Euros.
