Which provider allows you to set BIND zone or NS/CNAME records for revdns (IPv4)?

I don't mean editing reverse DNS through the panel, but directly editing reverse zone configuration or NS/CNAME record editing in ISP DNS server.
I need it for security research purposes (whitehat) ;)

    If you get a block of IPv4 many providers will allow the block to be assigned to your own NS where you can edit your own configs.

    quadhost, I need only 1-5 IP addresses, my budget is not so huge

    Look for a /30, but confirm with the provider if they can delegate or not.

    For such a small number why not just use the providers panel?
