Send me a PM with the command, I've got a server with unmetered Gbit download (actual speed around 920Mbps) which I only use for the upload.. No download traffic is being used yet, gotta love using some bandwidth XD

That's strange as they clearly state that inbound is free.
Did you try to contact them?
Or maybe the TCP acknowledgments were causing the outbound billing.

I am curious, what kind of operating are you running that requires constant downloading + no storage?
