Shouldn't it be 8 Cores / 8 Threads ?? Xeon L5420 has no HT Cores so there won't be any Extra Threads + Single L5420 is a Quad Core so 2x makes it 2 x Quad Core = 8 Cores.

Correct me If I'm wrong !
