Looking for a cheap dedi in Europe, not in France however.

Minimum requirements, HDD: 250GB, RAM: 2GB, 100MB connection or better, CPU atom or better

under $15...

Closest thing I've found is servdiscount. Anything else? Thanks.

You can't ask much for the price, but transit is always congested in peak hours to certain destinations, so I wouldn't call that a "good" network.

I've got Atoms in the UK if that's any help, I believe I have some with 250GB HDD's, 2/4GB ram for the price your willing to pay..
