    If you have great peering what's a test IP and your AS? You can't just make a claim like that and have no way for people to check.

    I wonder why do you even mention Australia, when you're in the Eastern US? That's about exactly on the other side of the globe. You can not be better than someone in LA/SJC for Australia (if we take US only), no matter how awesome your peering is.

    It was something that was added recently to our data-center. Not everyone on the east coast has Telstra peering, so it is nice to let people know.

    There may be better connections elsewhere but if you are looking for something that works great in Chicago and still works to Australia it is a nice place to start.
