If it's just a /24 it might be cheaper and less hassle to rent it from your ISP/provider

@ItsChrisG at IPv4 Less has fresh ranges, @William as well, not sure if ARIN though, he does do ASN consulting as well.
Few other providers (anything Buffalo-ish) will have dirty IPs, but probably will throw it in with one of those Atom's or E3's they're trying to unload.
