How to use ubiquityhosting secondary ip on ESXi

I got a server from UBI, but there secondary ip is too hard to handle on ESXi
When I use CentOS, just add the seondary ip x.1 to the host and enable ip forwarding and its done.
but dont' know how to do it on ESXi.
is there advise about it?
