Actually I wrote these ToS for a friend a few years ago and reused them with his permission. I over looked 3 words when editing the ToS to suit my company. No big issue.

TOS and agreements are better when they are reused and modified to a certain firm

when we start fresh there is chance we may sometimes loss some imp things in the process

And its important to read them and make changes to our requirement that's all
