www.digicube.fr - 28.12.2015 network for dedicated server not responding - support quiet

Hello,
Yesterday (28.12.2015 ) my dedicated server on www.digicube.fr stop responding on network layer.
On panel it appear to be working, i can do for example soft reboot - but can't ssh, can't ping.

Ping is comming to their datacenter router but can't find ip of my server:

"From cube011.digicube.fr (95.130.8.120) icmp_seq=11422 Destination Host Unreachable"

Yesterday (28) i got message about planing maintance
"Bonjour,

Nous vous informons qu'une maintenance électrique d'urgence sera réalisée dans la salle ou est hébergée votre serveur .

Date : 28/12/15

Début de l'intervention: 14:30 UTC

Fin de l'intervention : 16:00 UTC

Durée de l interruption: 45 minutes

DESCRIPTION:
Intervention tableau électrique.

Durant cette fenêtre de maintenance, vous constaterez une interruption de service tandis que nous accomplissons cette action.

45 minues... it's over 24hours offline.

I post support tickets but no answer...

Does someone also have problem with their server hosted there?
Or anyone know someone who have server there and could tell if they are working?

My offsite tape backup is 2 weeks old... i'm quite scared what to do... buy server somewhere else and start testore or wait... but wait for what? they don't answer tickets... maybe they just close business?

If anyone have any update please share
