Hostus is good. Uptime is great as well. They've proven to be quite reliable over time and dirt cheap for what you get. They've got a good thing going and definitely one of the few LEB hosts I feel 100% comfortable with.

Service has been stable, and they're located in Incero Seattle which has had zero network issues in just over a year I've been using them (have a box colo'd with them).
I will go with HostUS's $16/year plan as they are providing 10GBps net speed
and i have seen that they have great uptime too.
