My VPS and most if not all the other VPSes seems to be up again.

yes they are working now. OS installs were down, but this has been corrected.

Today has been a really hectic day. This is the longest downtime we have ever experienced. The details of the events are as follows.

Earlier this morning the power to Rockmyweb's first rack was cut. As they provide us with our network and hardware admin, we as did they lost

service. We had to await confirmation on what happened but it appeared to be a routing issue. We were informed that as of 11:00am most issues had been resolved for 95% of our clients. If you are still experiencing issues please submit a ticket. We do know the servers that were effected. If you are one of those folks we will provide you a credit once you submit a ticket.

We have reported an issue with OS installs at this point and there is work to get this fixed.
