my honest review is good on some nodes, if you get abused node you can open tickets and get moved, good support for this price IMHO
The old abuse solution = you move your house. That's not a solution, it is avoiding proper management of server resources and loading incorrectly. Nice they will move you, but they should deal with other customers instead.
last time, they move abuser into other place not mine, I don't know either ban or moved, but my node is healthy after.
