    Why would i sell to someone for 40$ when i just need to put it up on Twitter and have it sold @ 70-80$ an hour later....

    220EUR for a /22. Nothing smaller sold anymore from my side, too much billing work. Feel free to resell the leftovers to someone else.

    I won't trust ImpactVPS since he rise the price more than double after 3 month and telling you get it or leave it.

    Even though is that give me the right to do with my client the same just increases services prices? just saying take it or give it away?
    i don't complain just explains what is happened which i disappointed from my view. i can't accept that for my clients or with me as well.

    Say I got ARIN/RIPE IPs, can I announce it from HK?

    ARIN no, RIPE de jure no, de facto yes currently - not guaranteed to be able forever however unless you have a large network and only use a smaller part outside the RIPE region.

    That budget is way too low for an ARIN block since they're out of IPs now and it's not like anyone is going to return the IPs they're not using. I recommend http://ip4rental.com, they're part of Host1Plus and that's where we get our IPs, although support can get a bit slow since their IP Rental is a completely different department. But Good luck :D!

    /24 ARIN? Anyone giving you < $100 a month is giving deep deals. $40-50 budget? Need to add $25 on top of that to even get the low priced IP sellers. Most of them seem to be out of IPs or have raised prices.
