online.net alternative in LA

Hi guys,
Could you please recommend some online.net alternatives.
I'm now using 3 online.net dedicated servers, but it seems very slow to connect to the server (France) from my location (Asian).
I need some dedicated server with large storage:
2x1TB or 2x2TB
RAM ~8GB
CPU average not too weak
Location: I prefer Los Angeles but any location good speed to Asian would be good.
The budget for online now is $20~$25/server/month. The new location budget must around ~30/m

You won't find anything close to this Price in Los Angeles contact @MarkTurner he has some rackspace in Los Angeles.
