    it was not a friendly connect Chinese network

    @ARK, thank you for your MTRs (traceroutes).

    Unfortunately, there is congestion to Kazan over China Mainland at both peers.

    Only Siberia (Novosibirsk, Russia), will have stable latency to China Telecom/Unicom.

    Yes, the latency is around 100ms from Beijing China Telecom.
    Unfortunately, we don't have stock allocated for any $7 plans due to limited IP addresses.

    However, we will continue to provide other plans at: https://www.xhostfire.com/clientarea/cart.php?gid=14

    What a pity

    You know your DC does announce IPs for free, right? Like nearly anyone in Russia....

    Well, yes, Rostelecom is able to provide such services. However, we need to do BGP + own ASN with them and use our own router. They are not providing us other options (e.g. using their router)

    As a result, that has deferred our intentions of announcing IP addresses, and we are just waiting for more IPs to be available through RT.

    IPv6 in now available in Kazan, Russia! We are providing a free /80 subnet with each virtual machine!

    Test address: 2a00:97a0:100:2::1

    You just need an ASN - You don't need to do BGP. RT then just spoofs your ASN in path and routes them into your VLAN (if this DC even has multiple).

    Considering what they charge for IPs - notably still rather cheap for RIPE - and the very bad availability (you'll likely see no new ones until 02.16) this easily pays off.
