I would just like to check my speed more accurately, if anyone has a idle, or VPN server on Incero's Dallas network, please PM me. I would just like to check it out before I order, so I don't waste my money, as they don't offer refunds. Thanks!

@ryanarp can help you out and he is awesome. I'm guessing that if you asked to try out his service and didn't like it that he would give you a refund.
I already did, he told me they don't offer refunds, only account credits. I don't want to prepay for a year to only find out that the speeds are bad, and I'm stuck with it.

Thats the entire point why I wanted to test it, to make sure there wouldn't be much of a speed loss.
If you look in the thread I linked at qwdsa.com/c/ then you should see the netresults form the Freevps.us bench test.
