We have been monitoring the network on this server. We are currently investigating this issue.

Update: It seems it is an issue with the VPS Speed Restriction. We ran a test on the node and we were able to receive a constant 11.8 MB/s (~~94 Mbps) while the same test on a VPS gave us 18 Mbps. We have contacted Virtualizor regarding this issue.
