if switch to Vultr what I should take care?
I have been a linode user for some years, but linode's connection to here gets worse and worse these days. I tried the other big providers like QuadraNet and leaseweb, but seems sorry they don't accept me (from CN). if I switch to Vultr (know nothing about this provider), what should I take care to avoid they block/freeze me? thanks.

Define block/freeze me. Vultr is alright for the most part. Most providers will freeze you if its illegal activity.
Never did any bad stuff...
Don't pay them too much that they can afford a freezer.
Ask them directly. Could be wrong but I don't think vultr has any issues with registrations from China.
Btw, this thread about Leaseweb asking EUR 1000 deposit from Chinese customers made its way to their Wikipedia page.
You shouldn't have any issues with Vultr if you don't do bad things and your billing information checks out.
Full of BS. No one from HK/MO is asked for any deposit.

Main thing to take care is that you have backups, because your data will be riding on RAID0.

Some ports are blocked on vultr.
You may need to send them a copy of your ID if you want to use port 25, which might not be legal depending on your location.
One ticket without any id worked for me.
I wanted to increase the standard VM limit and they wanted docs and I just closed the ticket.
Sometimes they accidentally spray it inside one of the server vents which gets on the internal components and causes data loss.
I'd say they don't use enough of it. DaveA is still there.
