How to get an ARIN ASN for a European company?

Without a company inside ARIN region...

Or who can provide (or lease) ARIN ASNs??

If you intend to use it in the ARIN region, just submit a request to ARIN.

  • Absolutely useless journey, just get a RIPE one.

Cheaper, not recurring, easier to manage with the better webupdates/DB system, easier to obtain (nearly automated)....

  • Why do you need one?

This said, aren't you then limited to RIPE IP allotments only, which are in turn limited to use in RIPE region and more expensive than comparable ARIN IP allotments?

    No, why would you be?

  • So once you've got an AS be it an RIPE AS you can use it for IPv6 and IPv4 blocks from any region?

  • Yes, however you can still not use ARIN blocks out of ARIN then and alike.

You also, if you or your company are not based inside the RIPE region, need to maintain a permanent multihomed location within it.

  • Nice to know, thanks!
