Need xen VPS
I am looking for a stable provider to host a private game server and a private teamspeak.
By stable I mean not overselling, I dont want other neighbors noise and abuse, but consistent resources, I can even live with a 10/20mbps port but it has to be guaranteed at any time.
I dont need much:
RAM 256-512MB
CPU >2.5Ghz
HDD 5GB
Location Germany, eastern europe friendly
Budget max 5€/m, I can and would prefer to pay in advance for 6 months or even 1 year.
Few days trial is a plus.

Is XEN Virtualization a must? If not, we could do a KVM in France/Paris for $6/month (billed yearly).
Definitely not, even thought xen can be oversold, it provides quite better isolation.
Although a 1-3 days test server would be a must to not waste my and your time.

Another DE option is OnVirt, they use KVM virt.
And take a look at ZXplay's CyberMonday KVM VPS offers. It looks like their DE node isn't filled yet, and one spot is still available.

ArubaCloud's €1/m VMware 1GB VPS is a viable option too, moreover they offer a free trial.
Pushing it a but here. You've really just going to get OVH/Online.
10Mbit guaranteed is say about $10 ($1mbit usually)
Trial is not usually supported by providers.

@bersy I have kind of a bad route towards Italy so its not an option. By the way I have a 1 year VPS with aruba and its okay for sites and teamspeak but not so much for my game server.

@markxs I have xen nodes in delimiter and hetzner with a gigabit dedicated port to the dedicated server but even I cannot guarantee that port's bandwidth will be dedicated like other providers cannot guarantee that that is just the nature of vps's they share the dedicated servers port there running off of. and trial isn't possible like tinytunnel_tom said most providers don't even offer trials as that means you are using ip's space etc that aren't paid for that could be used by someone else who pays for it and let me just put it to you simply why there aren't any trials because providers like me have to have money for those resources being used no matter if it is for 1 or 3 days if they are being used without payment me as a provider is losing money and also cannot use that space to put someone on there that does pay to help with roi(or return on investment)

Thanks again for all suggestions/offers, I have narrowed my choice to 2, but if somebody still has something to throw feel free, but with a addition no France/OVH.
Also about the 10/20mbps port, it doesnt have to be "dedicated" BUT that is about the max that I would personally use, and I dont want all the bandwidth to be sucked by a abusive neighbor even though fair-usage is mentioned.
Just order and I will make a note for your VPS that gameserver is allowed.
