OVH US Ordering

Hello,

First off, does anybody know if OVH US accept PayPal as of yet, as I can't find it anywhere on their site?
Secondly, is anybody having issues ordering from them? I've emailed support but no response as of yet. I'm trying to fulfil a client order and I fill in all contact information and it tries to redirect me to: http://www.ovh.we/ and then says "Oops, Google Chrome couldn't display the page".

Actually they seem to take Paypal in the US.

From my experience OVH only likes my PP account in the US when I order from BHS. http://ovh.com/us

That's where I'm trying to order from, but doesn't let me order.

OVH did just reply but don't imagine they'll fix it if it's just me (I'm not sure whether it is). We'll see

For my server in BHS (Canadian DC) I can only pay with PP, but I don't need an account I can just use the guest option and pay using my card via paypal.

I am in Canada though so not sure if it is the same with USA.

And I'm still trying to get it to work. I go on the UK site, it charges VAT. I go on the US site, it doesn't accept my postcode.

@dominicl You need to be from the US / show non european residency to have VAT removed.

If you put a UK post code, you should be signing up at OVH UK, and paying VAT.

You have to manually get your account verified with proof of valid a US postal address / residency to get VAT removed.

I'd choose a reseller, or orderly directly from OVH UK.

VAT charges is based on your location, not the server's location. That's why you can't sign up at OVH.com

Pay VAT the first time around, send in a support ticket, OVH will respond requesting identification, give them identification, then also request a refund for the VAT you initially paid. They'll pay you back.

It won't accept the postcode when I type "Guernsey" as the country. Guernsey is VAT exempt and we don't pay VAT on anything. When I put UK, it tries to redirect to ovh.we and then says "Oops, Google Chrome.........."

As above, when I put UK in it charges VAT and there is no option for Guernsey.

I can't find one for the US that has it at a reasonable price. Obviously, my client has paid me a certain price for it!
