Services are unmanaged however our UK based support team is on hand 24/7 via telephone and the ticket desk should a hardware or network issue need resolving.
Addons/Extras
Addon pricing varies by location, however we can accommodate larger bandwidth requests, additional IP's (subject to justification) and additional cores/resources; for more information contact us. /64 blocks of IPv6 per instance is being rolled out across our EU locations by 2016 (Pending Panel Upgrades).
Billing/Pricing
Initial purchases may be manually reviewed prior to provisioning, otherwise automated; (<30s typically). All prices exclude VAT. We invoice in GBP.
Residents in the EU will be charged MOSS, if you have a EU VAT ID then your charge will be removed. Prices meet $7/m > £ requirements as of 01:41UTC 15/12/2015. PayPal & BitCoin are enabled for these product ranges.

It's enabled now in the US and for OpenVZ in London.
We are currently upgrading our panel to support /64 blocks per instance for our KVM range.
what cores you using in Germany and France?
and what about game servers?
DE currently i7-4*** series. France we have E3's and E5's depending on the exact location.
Depending on usage and load we can accomodate you; we are however planning to launch a new range in 2016 targeted for gameservers.
