Dedicated servers, OS reloads are free with any of our management plans or business continuity - per OS reloads for a self managed cost $25 each if require hands on install (i.e. custom OS etc) after the initial setup and deployment. We also offer KVM over IP service if you want to simply install your own custom OS remotely or reload an OS.
Wouldn't be a custom OS. Just one of your templated OSs for the dedicated server.
