Hi
Do you know any good (ie worth something in the professional world) Linux or system administration certification? One where it would be possible to prepare it online would be great, of course.

Would probably be a desired cert in the corporate world
Beware this one, they don't always follow their own refund policy.
IMHO you need some academic training as well as the Redhat certificate to get both "how" and "why".
There is also lpi certifications, that are easier to get in my opinion BUT I would also advice you to go for red hat certifications as @miTgiB suggested.
CCNA and CCNP here in the UK
If hosting specific, you can also look at the free cPanel certifications.
