You can find it in the public cloud panel. I think you should sign up here:

Probably they forgot to write about it on the canadian website.
Nope, they still want me to pay 45$...
Are deepnet solution located in beauharnois also? Since they are partner with OVH??
I may open a ticket and ask if the vps-ssd in the cloud option is available for canadian users, and HOW:-) Just let me know.
Crap : http://lowendbox.com/blog/galaxyhostplus-16year-1gb-ram-openvz-and-more-in-france-and-germany/
Why I can't find such deal for canada or north america near quebec... Would be the perfect deal. 1 gb ram, 4 core, enough storage...
EDIT: Another mega deal : http://lowendbox.com/blog/alpharacks-openvz-vps-starting-at-15year-for-1gb-in-los-angeles/
Again not near me...
For more information, i live just 15 min west of montreal, so anything like around montreal, Canada or not, is right for me.
I may be interested. But if it is, when I add storage, is it mounted storage under /mnt/something, or does may i directly expand my root? I don't want to complicate my usage by messing up on what or what not goes onto the new storage, i just want it to be part of a unified storage.
@Asgard20032
I will ask both things. I didn't test the public cloud (except for a VPS-ssd which I destroyed some hours later), I just looked around. They will take more than 24 hours to answer, as usual:-)
PS: I gave a look to the panel, minutes ago, and I don't think there is an option to directly expand your root (you can add additional storage and mount it, if I didn't miss anything).
Anyway, you can choose the bigger instance, which is in your budget (4 gb ram, 20 GB disk)
OVH's VPS offerings have definitely improved from their previous offerings, I'd give them a shot for how cheap they are.
I'd agree, disk space is the only real negative to their cheap offerings, but you're definitely getting what you pay for. If you'd like benchmarks or anything, I have their cheapest offering sitting idle, PM me if so.
I'm on the West coast but I can offer at your price. Prices shown are in USD but well within your budget.
I would highly recommend LunaNode (they have plans as low as $3.60/month) and have a Toronto location and OVH's BHS location for Canada.
I know I am late to this discussion, but you should check out Atlantic.net if you haven't figured things out yet. They have a datacenter in Canada, great prices, and support FreeBSD
Hostifire is providing canadian based cloud servers.
+1 for MyCustomHosting and LunaNode.
... and you're not the providers group! Wow! /sarcasm @jarland
