I have to vouch for LoomHosts. I know, actually it's LSN's network but it's also their network, as they are a company with their own hardware. And this network is darn awesome! Even to the other end of the world it gets over 5 MB/s. I've had VPSs with several providers and the most actually never got over 1 MB/s to Japan and Singapore. This one gets, depending on over network load between 5 - 10 MB/s to these locations.
The "we don't count incoming bandwidth" thing also rocks

Do you mean LSN hardware or Loomhosts? As far as I am aware off, LSN don't do colo. Unless they offer custom colo, which makes me really interested.
I mean LSN hardware but I think that LoomHosts bought hardware from them or rented. Never really looked into LSNs offers about dedis.
