Yes, you can move it. It's not really hard. Backup the Wordpress blog files and the database. Import the database in cPanel, upload the files and adjust the database entries in wp-config.php.
What are you using on Windows to host Wordpress? Might have phpMyAdmin or so? Use it to pull a backup of the WP database.
I have installed wordpress with some windows software. It was just one click install. How to backup the database, I mean where is located?
To tell you where anything is located we have to know what you used to host Wordpress on Windows. "one click install" isn't helpful. Sorry... We're not going to get far this way.
Bitnami?

You can use a backup plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/ and then restore it on the new linux server.
Probably the most user-friendly way to dump the DB & wp-content files to move it.
Thank you. Will try it.
You can use any backup-migrate solution. I personally use https://sypex.net/en/ or https://www.adminer.org/ to export/import DB (I replace URL in .sql file manually). But that is not necessary, https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ is a quite popular complete migrate solution, for instance.
