Do things in Multiple VPSs simultaneously

Hi,
I'm going to tell you my whole situation:

I have a dedicated server that I brought in SoYouStart, I virtualized this dedi into 16VPSs (using Proxmox VE 4.0)
Each VPS has windows server 2008 (windows 7) installed.
And I have a file .iim file that I need to edit very often as well a batch file that I have to start many times. And I waste a great deal of time connecting into each VPS and do this stuff... And I was wondering if there's any way to do all this simultaneously to all VPSs...
Please, if you know a solution, explain it like you are explaining to someone who doesn't know anything... Beacause I have any knowledge in this subject...

Actually I only asked you why you abonded your other threads with the same content (aside from the one about SSH but it still has the same subject actually). @vladka24 had actually something helpful for you. You can use this schedule tasks to download the file you edit often from your central server(s) to all your 16 VPSs. If you don't want this, well, that is on your fault then.

I see. @GCat trolls you. Why not just ignore troll comments?

I know I asked this before, because I didn't ask the question very right in the previous threads, and Thank you @vladka24 for the awnser.
