Looking for a low-end dedicated in CA / US

Hi,

I'm looking for a fairly low end dedicated box in Canada or the US if needs be. I'm staying in Toronto, Canada on and off recently so it will be used to mainly just stream stuff I put on it.

Ideally it would be similar to an Atom N2800 or above, 2-8GB RAM and a 120GB SSD or 500GB HDD.

My budget can go up to $50, but I'd prefer it between $20-$30 (paying monthly!)

Ideal locations would be;

Toronto, Buffalo, Chicago, Detroit or maybe Atlanta?

Looked at Kimsufi, they do not seem to have much in stock as far as Canada goes, similar with SYS at this moment.

Luna Node are not dedicated as far as I know?

Not dedicated, but very fast, I used to use a dedi for my stuff, then I moved to them and it saved me $30 a month.
