I had a massive thread about that issue. It seems like 90% of everyone on this site doesn't mind it one bit oddly.
Also those complaining about laywers and such nonsense, have none of you heard of the Better Business Bureau? You don't need a lawyer to make a complaint.
They have no teeth, and I can't imagine too many people look at the BBB before making a choice in hosting provider.
