Would you guys be interested if I were to offer 300gb hdd just to be used as a storage vps. It of course would cost $5 per month.

Would be most likely in BurstNET Scranton Datacenter (COLO).
100MBPS port I believe (I might see about 1gbps though).

Specs of server:
6 drives, 2TB each(total 12tb (without raid 10) - 6tb (with raid 10))
Additional 128GB SSD
32GB ram (8 x 4) DDR3

300GB at $5 is quite obviously not sustainable. Other than that, drop by the BuyVM IRC channel on weekends, Aldryic usually has one or two available from their storage pool.
