LOL !
We have an issue with our website and the node it is hosted on. Please hold and we will update you shortly.
The issue has been resolved 7 hours ago on all customers VPSes on the affected node. However, our website is still being fixed. If you still have any issues with any VPS please let us know.
Your patience is appreciated.
Our website is functioning normally now.
"An issue"? What kind of issue?
Filesystem issue.
And it is now solved.
What kind of "filesystem issue"? Vague reasons for outages are not usually a good sign.
Failed RAID10 devices caused O.S. corruptions on some VPS instances. We had to safely resync the RAID10 array before bringing back the VPS instances online.
Our website was hosted on a VPS that became up and running normally after fixing the issue but unfortunately the website database was corrupted.
We had backups of course, however we preferred to fix the database corruption as a first option to avoid losing a full day of data if we restored previous day backup, while our client portal was already up and running normally.
We fixed the database finally and all services became up again.
Alright, fair enough. That's a much clearer explanation
