Open Source Koding/CodeAnywhere alternative?

Hey guys,
Looking for a self-hosted version of this software to use for small projects that I work on.

I know so far of Cloud9, Orion, Codiad, and Codebox, but perhaps there's something newer?

Why do you want something newer than cloud9? Version 3 (https://github.com/c9/core/) is being updated regularly and I've been using it for some time now.
