Got one from last time, used about 30 cents of service, everything is good so far. Would definitely choose Zare if I need servers in UK, though that could come any time in the future.
I can confirm that they are using the Virtio network drivers on new deployments + maybe they did something else.. good network throughput EXCEPT if you turn on 'permanent mitigation' and then its not so good.
