Low quality all cloud stuff not working (till some month ago when i give up) slow disk (30 mb at best i had) used for testing hoping that cpu ram stuff will work right.

Support is good always reply in 15 min and i think with a server you will be better that vps
I've had a bad experience with them, not recommended.
Well price is very good and support is quite fast.
In my case I ordered 1gbps port and got 100mpbs, had to open ticket to get 1gbps that is never 1gbps but always ~500mbps.
Had problems with their Ubuntu 12.04 installer from webpanel, had to wait about 1 week since they could't find the error, asked for KVM over IP but they didn't provided, installed debian 6 and worked but OS is in German..
I would't suggest webtropia for business purposes.
