Looking for a css/html/jquery developer

I'm looking for a css/html/jquery developer to generate a GUI for an application using bootstrap.
I've drawn some of the pages in balsamiq, need someone to code it in html, add some jquery plugins. And edit select2 jquery plugin (http://ivaynberg.github.com/select2/) to generate input type="text" code when some stuff when a value is entered.
No backend (php, asp.net) work required. Only frontend is needed.
Basically,
- You'll create a 1 column layout with top menu
- Code 5 form pages from balsamiq pdf into html add some jquery plugins into the form like date picker etc.
- Code a datagrid page with filters at the top
- Edit select2 jquery plugin (http://ivaynberg.github.com/select2/) to generate input type="text" code and some checkbox etc when a value is entered. This is very easy. The plugin has events. You'll just grab the text entered, add some input html to it and display. And add a remove button to remove the created data.
If you have a good design taste with simple css, that would be awesome.
